Issue #X, “Autumn 2013″ — Publication Date TBD
(This was the last planned print issue of Bull Spec but was never published.)
With this next issue, new fiction editors Natania Barron and Eric Gregory’s selections will take center stage, with this “best of the world” themed issue which will see our first original novelette, Nebula, Hugo, and World Fantasy Award winner Ken Liu’s “The Long Haul” (later published in Clarkesworld and winner of the Sidewise Award for Alternate History_, as well as new short stories from World Fantasy Award winner Lavie Tidhar (“The Rise and Fall of the Simian Empire”, later published in Interfictions), multiple “Year’s Best” selectee An Owomoyela (later published in Lightspeed as “Three Points Masculine”), and Kitschies Award winning author and Bram Stoker Award nominated and Black Quill finalist Maurice Broaddus. It’s going to be quite an issue, and there’s more content to be added, you can be sure of that.
